The Practice of Mediation:
Hands-0n Skill Development for Responding to Conflict

This 33-hour course is designed for professionals interested in learning the practice of mediation, whether you are interested in incorporating new skills into your current work or in making a shift in your professional role. The training combines presentation, discussion, exercises, and role playing experiences to provide you will hands-on skill development.

This course meets the statutory requirements for mediator confidentiality contained in the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 233, Section 23C.

Enrollment Information

Limited to 24; Enroll early! Registrants who cancel before the cancellation cutoff date (Mar. 1) will receive a full refund. Later cancellations will be refunded only if space is filled.

We especially encourage individuals with bilingual background or training to apply. Thanks to a grant from the Clipper Ship Foundation, scholarships are available. Call CDSC about eligibility. On-site training is available for groups of 10 or more.
