Training: Summary Process Training Part II

We will be having a follow-up Summary Process training focused on writing Summary Process Agreements, to be presented by CDSC staff and volunteer mediators. In addition, we will have case presentations by some of our Summary Process Mediators on issues that have come up for them in their mediations. Light refreshments will be served.

District Court Training

CDSC will be presenting a District Court Forum on the special considerations (or challenges) of mediating with Attorneys at the table. To be presented by CDSC staff and volunteer mediators. Light refreshments will be served.
