Mediation Skills Refresher & Conflict Clinic

This training workshop is for anyone who wishes to refresh their mediation skills, whether you are using your mediation skills formally or informally. This one-day refresher will recap the fundamental principles of mediation, take a closer look at neutrality and the use of self as mediator, and apply mediation skills to the general management of conflict. The Conflict Clinic will help you develop creative strategies for dealing with real conflict situations in an engaging, interactive forum.
