Mediation Fees for Individuals

- Our fees are per session (not per hour).
- The mediation fee is per person, based on individual (or household) gross income. A mediation session typically lasts 2-3 hours.
- CDSC's fees include administrative costs related to the mediation.
- Mediation fees are determined by CDSC staff at time of initial intake interview. Payment is made at the beginning of a mediation session.
- District Court Cases: Fees waived, in accordance with District Court policy for referrals to court-approved mediation programs.
- Please note that for any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice (1 business day) payment of full fee is required.

- Single session fee includes the services of two mediators, working with maximum of two participants.
- There will be an additional fee of $100 per session ($50 per session for non-profit groups) for any session involving three or four participants; fees for mediations involving larger groups are subject to negotiation.
- Please note that for any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice (1 business day), payment of full fee is required.
Mediation Fees for Condo Associations
The condo fee is based on a per unit charge. The unit charge is established by the assessed value of the property.
